Elizabeth H.E. Arnoldi, BA(H), LL.B.

 

Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen's University in 1988 and her Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991.  She opened her practice in Toronto in 1994, later relocating to Kitchener, Ontario in 2001.  From the start, her focus has been in the area of Family Law – including marriage/cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, divorce, and court proceedings involving custody, access, child support, spousal support, and property.

 

Elizabeth prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to empathize with her clients' situations.  Her dedication to her practice is evident through her success at resolving matters to her clients' satisfaction without the need to attend court, as well as through her success in arguing highly contested matters in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
